- Objective: Correctly complete a simple monohybrid cross using a punnett square

- Warm up: Long middle toe (M) is dominant to shorter middle toe (m). If a man who is heterozygous for the trait has children with a woman who is homozygous recessive, and they have 12 children, how many would you expect to have shorter middle toes? [10]

- HW and Warm-up check [10~]

- Go over side 1 of yesterday’s homework [10]

- Notes on patterns of heredity, continued [20]

- Start punnett squares practice handout #2 [5]


HOMEWORK: Read sections 10-1 and 10-2, create mitosis diagram like the one on p.246 and 247, use labels and color
