- Objectives: Demonstrate a strong basic understanding of solid waste by correctly answering 70% of the questions on the Unit 12 Exam regarding the sources of and environmental problems associated with generation and disposal of solid wastes, including those designated as “hazardous”

OUTSIDE OF CLASS:

- Personal Trash Audit Lab/Project Pre-Lab (DUE 4/21)

- Briefly review all unit study guides and old exams and refresh your memory on concepts and terms you cannot instantly recall

- Objectives: Use all of the skills learned/developed during our unit on formal research skills to continue scholarly research on the topic you have selected for your symposium presentation/lesson

- Warm-up: Write out your personal agenda for this week in your biology notebook or research folder (this week I will check for 10 project points)—make sure you are on track to complete your goals for this week and that you will be ready for your chosen symposium presentation date [10]

- Have you answered these questions definitively for your two remaining major projects in this class? (see separate list)

- Interviews with Mr. Bursch and projects work time [35]

- Continue your own research and symposium lesson planning
