IN CLASS:

- Objective: Submit HW Packet #4 and finish Allele Frequencies/Sickle Cell Lab

- Warm up: Take out Lab handout and compare your “Total Surviving Alleles” totals for each generation. Make a note in the margin describing the trend (general direction of change in the A to S ratios) [3]

- Get into groups and: (1) Collect class data; (2) Finish lab questions; (3) Assemble HW packets [35]

- Return to seats, report class data, go over questions [15]

- Turn in HW Packet on your way out [1]
