- Objective: SWBAT use steps of the scientific method to complete the Paper-Folding Investigation

- Warm up: Take out “Controls and Variables” Part 2 Exercises (SpongeBob), circle ALL variables [2]

- Fundamental Science Skills: Finish Paper-Folding Investigation and then go over as a class [15]

- Homework check [~10]

- Hypothesis writing & metric conversion practice [20]

- Turn in ANY late (safety contract) forms


HOMEWORK: (1) Finish PART 2 “Controls and Variables” (SpongeBob), (2) Hypothesis writing & metric conversion, (3) Paper-Folding Investigation


TOMORROW: FSS: Seed Germination Lab

- Warm up: Take out Paper-Folding Investigation and compare results with someone from another team [1]

- Fundamental Science Skills: Go over Paper-Folding Investigation as a class [5]

- Introduce/assign Seed Germination Lab, look at examples from last year

- Turn in to me (put in yellow bucket) ANY forms with a signature (syllabus, safety, etc.) that you still have
