AP Environmental Science: Lab: Heat of Combustion: Pre-Lab Instructions

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AP ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Heat of Combustion Pre-Lab Requirements: Be ready to perform the experiment on Tuesday, 9/1.

Download the Heat of Combustion Lab in the resources section of our website.

In your lab notebook you must have:

1. Title
2. Purpose
3. Materials list
4. Hand-written procedures, no printouts (fully understanding the procedures before you start the lab is key to your success)
5. Data table

If you do not understand what you are doing when you arrive Tuesday morning, you might encounter avoidable errors while attempting the experiment and find yourself unable to complete the lab in the allotted time.
