- Objective: explain the behavior/properties of an organic substance (milk) using your understanding of macromolecules

- Warm-up: Read the introduction to the Kaleidoscope Milk Lab silently to yourself and underline the names of any macromolecules (biomolecules)

- Kaleidoscope Milk Lab: go over lab procedure, perform experiment, clean up

- Closing discussion


TOMORROW: Biomolecules QUIZ (review the graphic summary table and your notes)


HOMEWORK: Finish answering Milk Lab Analysis/Conclusion questions AND come up with at least one question of your own that you have about your observations from the lab
