MONDAY: Introduction to Cells and Cell Theory

- Objective: Be able to explain how enzymes’ function is affected by temperature

- Warm-up: What usually happens when an enzyme is heated well beyond the temperature at which it has optimal function? Explain why/how this happens.

- Finish Catalase Enzyme Lab

- Watch Digestive Enzymes Video (if time permits)


HOMEWORK:

- Work on Catalase Lab Report (INDIVIDUAL REPORTS!!), Formal Report DUE MONDAY and

- Bring in TWO nutrition labels for Monday
