- Warm-up: How would you first bring a specimen into focus when using a compound light microscope? Which objective lens should be used to locate an object on a slide (4x, 10x, or 40x)? Why?

HOMEWORK: Read section 7-2 on cell structures and answer ALL “CHECKPOINT” questions
