Objectives: Demonstrate a basic understanding of photosynthesis by running a controlled scientific experiment to study the effects of varying CO2 concentration on rates of photosynthesis

Warm-up: What are two things you remember about the general theory of photosynthesis?

Notes on photosynthesis and a tour of the chloroplast [30]

Lab: Microscopic Observation of Plant Cells [45] Finish Intro to cells unit exam [~45]

Osmosis and Diffusion Experiment must be turned in by Friday afternoon to receive any credit!!


OUTSIDE OF CLASS:

Finish Microscope Lab #2 (Observation of Plant Cells) questions

Objectives: Describe in detail the methods of food production used by humanity and the impacts these practices have on all parts of the biosphere, especially the soils of the planet
