- Warm-up: Take out take-home enzymes quiz and a pen/pencil of any color other than black or blue [2]

- Correct enzymes take-home quiz [15 - 20]

- Laboratory experiment: Environmental Factors Affecting Peroxidase Enzyme Function—make sure you have had your procedure reviewed and approved by the instructor before beginning, then assemble your materials and be ready for tomorrow [80]
